These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the e-commerce services provided by Cuisine Sante International SARL (“Cuisine Sante,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

Cuisine Sante sells high-quality cookware, kitchenware, and small electronic appliances online to customers in Lebanon.

3. Eligibility

There are no age or residency restrictions for making a purchase.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Card, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL, financed directly by us), Whish, OMT, NEO Transfer.

  • Payment Terms:

    • COD: Payment upon delivery.

    • Card, BNPL, Whish, NEO Transfer: Payment made before or upon delivery, depending on arrangement.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is available across Lebanon.

  • Standard delivery time: 1 to 5 business days.

  • Delivery fees vary depending on package size and destination, and are paid by the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Exchanges

At Cuisine Sante, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit refunds. Only product exchanges are accepted.

  • Exchange Period: 21 days from date of purchase.

  • Exchange Conditions:

    • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

    • A valid receipt is required.

    • Exchanges can only be processed in person at our Dekwaneh store.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If damaged or defective upon delivery, we will replace the item at no cost.

    • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

8. Warranties

  • All stainless steel products carry a lifetime warranty.

  • All electrical products carry a 1-year warranty.

  • An $8 handling fee may apply per warranty claim.

9. Accounts

  • No account creation is required. Orders are processed with the customer’s phone number.

10. Intellectual Property

  • “Cuisine Sante” and related trade names are registered trademarks.

  • Our technology is patented.

  • All product images and content are owned by Cuisine Sante and may not be used without prior written permission.

11. Liability

  • Any product damaged or lost during delivery, or with a factory defect, will be replaced at no cost.

  • Beyond product replacement, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Lebanese law.
All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
