Return & Exchange Policy – Cuisine Sante

At Cuisine Sante, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

• No Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit refunds. Only product exchanges are accepted.

• Exchange Period: Customers have up to 21 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

• Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt is required.

  • Exchanges can only be processed in person at our Dekwaneh store.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, Cuisine Sante will replace it at no cost.

  • Such issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
